Screw anchor tiebacks - These are quick, easy, and removable. There is no delay for grout curing prior to proof testing. Since the installation torque is proportional to the ultimate capacity, we know what the anchor will hold without a proof test. Ultimate capacities available range from 70 kip for the 1-1/2" square shaft anchor to 200 kip for the 2-1/4" square shaft anchor.
