Frost heaving of decks and 3-season porches is a very common problem in Minnesota due to the extreme winters and prevalence of water. Installation of Helical piles/anchors can replace heaved deck footings or they can be installed on new decks to transfer load supporting the deck, and avoid frost heaving, providing a functional deck or 3-season porch for the life of the structure.
